Spring Craft and Food Festival

Join us on Saturday, May 6th, at Southside City hall for our Southside Spring Craft and Food Festival.  Live music will be provided by Craig McGrifff from 11 am-1 pm

VENDORS NEEDED

Vendor application form

Vendors: Arts and Craft items available for purchase. Also, food trucks and food vendors with
food available for purchase.
Space for Vendors: Spots will be assigned upon check-in on the day of the event. Vendor
space will be 10×10.
Provisions: All means of the display must be provided by the vendor. Vendors are welcome to
bring chairs, tables, or other equipment. This is an outdoor event. Vendors will not have
access to electricity.
Setup: Check-in begins at 7:30 am. You may pull in designated areas in the front for ease of
unloading; however, ALL vehicles MUST be moved after unloading.
Breakdown: No dismantling before the event ends at 3:00 pm
Cost and Registration: All Vendors, including arts and crafts and food truck vendors, must have
a Peddlers License (good for one day) or Business License (good for one year) with the City of
Southside prior to the day of the event from the Revenue Department. All food vendors must
present their Certification from the Etowah County Health Department to the Revenue
Department when purchasing a license. All Vendors, including arts and crafts and food truck
vendors, must pay a $65 vendor fee, which is due on the day of the event upon checking in. All
registration is on a first-come basis. Space is limited.

The registration deadline is April 21, 2023.
